How does the credit model work?
1 credit = 1 signal. When you enrich a company, you pay 1 credit for each signal returned. A company with 8 signals costs 8 credits. A webhook notification costs 1 credit. This means you always pay proportionally to the value you receive.
What's included in the Free tier?
500 credits/month with access to all 29 signal sources via the REST API, including intent scoring. No credit card required. Designed for developers to evaluate the API and build proof-of-concept integrations.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. All paid plans offer 15% savings with annual billing. For example, Growth is $799/mo monthly or $8,150/yr annually.
What happens if I exceed my credits?
You can configure auto top-up in your dashboard. When your balance drops below a threshold, your card is charged a set amount ($250, $500, $1,000, or $2,500) and credits are added at your plan's rate.
What's the difference between signal data and intent data?
Intent data provides probability scores based on anonymous browsing behavior. Signal data provides verified, timestamped business events — SEC filings, funding rounds, hiring surges, leadership changes — with full source attribution. Intent scoring is available on all plans as a premium operation (5 credits).
How does OEM licensing work?
